Service 1 design and redesign
Most rotomoulding molds and products are customized.The customer has their own requirements.Customer can send us the design to check and discuss if they already have.If no design,customer can tell us the requirements and send some photos.We will make design.
The 3D drawing is preferred.igs,stp,x_t are all acceptable.
Service 2 installation
For rotomoulding machine,one important thing is installation.Most customers can not do install by themselves completely.We can send 2-3 technicians to customer’s factory to guide installation to ensure the machine is operating normally.Also if the customer want to send technician to our factory to learn how to install we will welcome.
Service 3 project support
For some customers,rotomoulding is a completely new field for them.We can guide the whole process from material to production.To relieve the customer’s all concerns.We also glad to talk and discuss all problems you meet during production.With the rich experience in rotomoulding we can provide as much help as possible.We also maintain close contact with both domestic and international experts.

Mould:usually 30 days for one mould
Machine:usually 60 days
Can you design for us?
Yes,we can design according to your pictures,samples or simple drawings.If you have 3D drawing,we can also make as you required.
Is it possible to visit your factory?
Yes,we welcome your visit.You can fly to Ningbo,Hangzhou,and Shanghai airport or take a fast train to Yuyao Bei station.
Do you do sample test for molds?
Yes,we do.
Do you provide spare parts for your machine?
Yes,we will provide spare parts for our machine when loading.
